Hello friends,
Yom Kippur is over, but I just started my period. The fatigue continues. To be perfectly honest, I don’t want to write this newsletter today. I’m tired and cramping and don’t feel like I have anything to say. But I made a commitment to y’all to write every week, so here I am.
In this day and age, where Twitter trolls run rampant and everything is a meme, I wish more people would acknowledge when they have nothing to say. Everyone needs to slow down, take a breath, and learn when to shut up. The world does not require your opinion on the latest trend or cancellation.
I guess the period hormones are running the show here because I’m getting a little angsty. Not good the day after Yom Kippur. A new slate and all that. Anyway, I think that’s it for this week. I know it’s not exciting, but it’s all I’ve got right now. I’ll leave you with some entertaining links to click on. And if you have anything positive to share, go do that in the comments. Put a smile on my face.
Until next time,
Yardena

Read my mind with this. Also just got my period 😂❤️
Hey, chicky! I miss you and think of you often. I've settled into new home over past year and love having a pool. It's great therapy for my knee and I feel like a kid again when I can do hand stands under water. 😁 Hugs to you and your dad.
